Maybe it could be 4 damage split between two random targets to match the randomness of the others. Goblin can't hit face right away which is why I don't see it as an on turn concern. If you want to withhold the same OG lackey play style, then maybe just reduce it to 6.
Kovachut4 years ago The weakest? This might be the case, if you are running only 1- or 2-cost minions, but with higher cost ones the witchy lackey is pretty strong. When I played arena in the early days of RoS, I always aimed to draft EVIL Miscreant and generate lackeys. The weakest one was either the Faceless or the Kobold depending on the board state. But all others were extremely useful, because they swung the game in my favour.
I played the Witchy Lackey, when I had a 4+ cost minion on the board and I traded it into an enemy one. I didn't always get an amazing result, but "healing" my guy and giving him +1/+1 still felt very satisfying.
Also, I have a fealing that you misunderstood me. I didn't compare the Faceless to the Witchy Elite and said that the last one was underwhelming. I meant the opposite. I understand that only warlock can benefit from the Elites and, honestly, I like this version of Rafaam a lot more (the current one might be strong, but it's really bland), but the effects of the tokens aren't balanced compared to one another.
Wiener_Schnitzel4 years ago @Kovachut I think Witchy Elite is pretty good provided that you play it adjacent to two other minions. Also, Witchy Lackey itself is probably the weakest of Lackeys, so it makes sense.
Kovachut4 years ago I find the idea of promoting Lackeys to be very original, but my issue is that the elites aren't balanced. Some of them feel underwhelming compared to others (Faceless vs Witchy Elite).
