I don't think it needs all these effects, it might as well have "Battlecry and Deathrattle: Give all friendly minions Divine Shield.", like 8-9 mana 4/4 maybe.
Giving Divine Shield to your minions is a 5 mana spell (very bad, it might be 4 mana today).
But wait for other opinions. Nice overall :annoy-o-tron:
